Course Expenses

Your MEC budget pays for all of your pilot expenses: travel, sleeping rooms, meals and flight pay loss (if required).  This includes no-shows for hotel rooms where reservations have been requested and NOT canceled 48 hours prior to arrival and/or if the attendee fails to notify the hotel at check-in of a different departure date then the reserved.

ALPA Executive Board policy mandates the use of the ALPA electronic system called “Infor” to claim reimbursement expenses.  Furthermore, expenses must be filed within 60 days of the date they were incurred.  Since MEC funds are used to reimburse pilots, attendees should utilize a project number supplied by their MEC Central Air Safety Chairman, Security Committee Chairman, or MEC Chairman.

If you are not an ALPA member and are registering for any of the courses listed to the right and request a hotel room, a credit card is required to hold that room.  Please fill out the form below and return to ALPA
